Self Assessment Survey

• After signing up, you'll take 20-30 minutes to complete the self-assessment survey.
• Your results will generate three industries that best match your skills and interests.
• A list of your skills and preferences is also collected and added to your profile.

Industry and Career Exploration

• At the top of your home page, there are icons representing 16 industry categories. Use this to explore categories beyond what you were matched with.
• Each industry is broken down into common jobs and uses simple language to describe what the people in those jobs do.
• These jobs have a list of skills that are most useful and any relevant opportunities.

Active Career Opportunities

• After developing a strong character profile, you'll be able to seek out active opportunities in your community to grow your skills and learn if you connect with the career path you're interested in.
• A simple click will express your interest and notify your school counselor to help facilitate the connection.
